In the crucial months leading to the 2019 Rugby World Cup, Head Coach Kingsley Jones and team start their preparations at the Americas Rugby Championship.
After clinching the final spot in the Rugby World Cup in late 2018, Jones and team start the new year off in a full sprint with the Americas Rugby Championship.
“We’ve won something together and we need to take that momentum forward.” Said Jones on Canada’s qualifying repechage win.
The squad will face Uruguay and Brazil on each of their respective home turf before returning to North America for three matches.
An excellent opportunity for development and experience ahead of the World Cup, Canada will play Chile and Argentina XV at their home base in Langford, BC and then will head to Seattle for an always exciting match against USA.
