U19 Canadian Rugby Championship Day 3 Recap

Newfoundland and Labrador Rugby are pleased to announce the results from Day 3 of the Under-19 Canadian Rugby Championship that is taking place at Swilers Rugby Complex in St. John’s, NL. 

The Prairie Blizzards and Quebec went head to head in the first game of the day for the bronze medal. It was the most entertaining and closest game of the tournament to date and Quebec was able to take home the bronze medal with a final score of 22-19. Well done to both teams on a fabulous tournament, each team has developed well over the past week. 


The defending national champions the Ontario Blues took on the home team the Atlantic Rock in 
the second game of the day. This match served as a warm up game for both teams leading up to the national championship game that will take place this Saturday at 3PM. The final score of this game was 33-12 for the Blues. 

The Atlantic Rock and the Ontario Blues will play in the national championship game this coming Saturday at 3PM at the Swilers Rugby Complex. This game will be live streamed so make sure to tune in for what promises to be an exciting match!
