Rugby Canada Confirms Cancellation of 2020 Halloween Rugby Weekend

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Rugby Canada, in conjunction with event partners Left Field Live, Sport Hosting Vancouver and BC Place, unfortunately confirm the 2020 Halloween Rugby Weekend Vancouver will not take place as planned this year.
October 7, 2020 - Vancouver, B.C. - Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Rugby Canada, in conjunction with event partners Left Field Live, Sport Hosting Vancouver and BC Place, unfortunately confirm the 2020 Halloween Rugby Weekend Vancouver will not take place as planned this year. Originally scheduled for October 30-31 at BC Place, the event was set to feature the USA, Fiji, All Blacks XV and Canadian national men’s rugby teams in a blockbuster weekend for Canadian sports fans.
The Halloween Rugby Weekend Vancouver is envisioned as a multi-year, annual event, and all parties are working to secure teams for an even bigger event in October 2021. Further details will be shared when confirmed, including participating teams and ticketing information. Fans that signed up for ‘early-bird’ ticket access this year will maintain first priority for the 2021 event.
