50/50 draw tickets are now available to buy online or in-person at HSBC SVNS Vancouver at BC Place on February 21-23, 2025.

The HSBC SVNS Vancouver 50/50 Draw is back as rugby returns to Vancouver’s BC Place on February 21-23, marking the 10th time the city has played host to the iconic international rugby sevens tournament. The 2024 50/50 Draw saw an all-time high in funds raised, with the final draw amount being $221,940! This year, the 50/50 Draw aims to raise substantial funds for BC Rugby and the BC Cancer Foundation, to help make rugby more accessible in BC and to support innovative research and access to world-class care for the over 30,000 British Columbians diagnosed with cancer each year.

“We’re honoured to be the recipient of this year’s HSBC SVNS Vancouver 50/50 fundraiser. The rugby community’s generosity will help save lives by accelerating BC Cancer’s cutting-edge research and expanding access to world-class care for families across BC,” said Sarah Roth, President & CEO, BC Cancer Foundation.

The launch of 50/50 tickets supporting BC Cancer Foundation comes just days away from World Cancer Day, a global effort on February 4 to create awareness around and take action against cancer. This meaningful day underscores the importance of community support in advancing research, improving treatments and ensuring better outcomes for our loved ones facing cancer.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, HSBC SVNS Vancouver, in partnership with BC Rugby, is proud to have raised over $800,000 in support of BC Rugby and the BC charitable community, including Make-a-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, YWCA, S.U.C.C.E.S.S., UBC & VGH Foundation, and Thunder Rugby. The funds supporting BC Rugby have helped grow rugby in the province, with now more than 8,000 individuals registered to play rugby in British Columbia.
