Chair of the Board & CEO Community Engagement Webinar

LANGFORD, BC – On Tuesday, May 1st at 6pm ET/3pm PT members of the Canadian Rugby community are encouraged to take part in a community engagement webinar with Rugby Canada CEO Allen Vansen & Chairman Tim Powers.

In an effort to engage with the community, answer questions and take feedback about the current state of Canadian Rugby, Powers and Vansen have announced they will be conducted these webinars 2-3 times annually. 

As part of Rugby Canada’s Chair of the Board and CEO Community Engagement Webinar, please find below details on how to engage and interact with us on the online GoToWebinar platform.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will allow you to download a calendar reminder if you so wish as well.

You can attend the webinar multiple ways:You can participate on your computer though the GoToWebinar platform. This will require you to download a program and we recommend testing your audio settings. Participating on your computer is also the easiest way to be able to use all of the features.
You can also participate on your smartphone or tablet by downloading the GoToWebinar App here https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/ipad-iphone-android-webinar-apps. This will also allow you to use all of the online features.

There is also a call-in number you can access once you have registered; however, this option will limit your ability to participate and ask questions.

There is a maximum of 500 participants who can register for the webinar. Everyone will be muted for the duration of the webinar and questions can be asked in the question box on the online platform.
The Chair and CEO will begin the webinar with a short presentation, following which they will host a Q&A session and answer your questions.
