"Great accomplishment to finish off your University career with an MVP performance in front of the home town crowd."

de Goede, who was named the 2021 U SPORTS Women’s Rugby Player of the Year, received the Championship MVP nod.

The Gaels’ de Goede and Siobhan Sheerin were named to the tournament all-stars.
